Privacy Policy, which is effective from 25 May 2018. The Privacy Policy refers to the GDPR, i.e. Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the
protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free ovement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The document specifies what data and on what principles we process and how we take care of their security and your rights.

SELECTED DATA PROTECTION METHODS USED BY THE OPERATOR

  • Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service.
  • We inform you that no automated decisions will be made regarding your data and your data will not be profiled.
  • Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

5. SCOPE, PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING IN CONTACT FORM

In connection with the fact that through our website we enable contact in various matters, we process your personal data for various purposes, in various scopes and on various legal bases. In order to precisely provide information on the processing of your personal data, we have grouped them according to the purpose of data processing.

Scope of data: In order to prepare and present our service offer, we process personal data sent via the contact form: Name and surname, e-mail address, content of inquiry. Legal basis: Processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract.
  • Handling of other inquiries from the contact form. Scope of data: In order to respond to inquiries that are not a request to present an offer of our services, we process the data sent via the contact form: Name and surname, e-mail address, content of the inquiry. Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (processing at the request of the data subject).

In the case of personal data obtained in a way other than through the website rolplan.pl (by phone, e-mail, etc.), we also process them only for the purpose for which they were made available and for the time necessary to achieve this purpose. In the event of a planned change in the purpose of processing, we always ask the owner of personal data for consent and inform them about the changing conditions of data processing.

7. IMPORTANT MARKETING TECHNIQUES

  • The operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on the website, through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the
